New Talent: Hakaan

 

Today I would like to show you a new talent that is meeting success among celebrities like Kate Moss and attracting the attention by fashion editors all over the world: Hakaan. I love the emerging talents, overall Francesco Scognamiglio, and I think they have to be supported by buyers - by the way I like the Dolce & Gabbana's iniziative of opening a new space in Milan, Spiga2, to promote new talents, I'd like to dedicate a post in the future.

The Turkish designer Hakaan exalts the female form with strong shapes, short dresses with neutral colour, black and white especially, and sculptorial cuts. His style is clean but impressive. You can see the new catwalk of Paris fashion week and the last fall/winter collection. 

I think we'll hear of him a lot!

My New Purchase

Do you think that the last days of summer could stop me from buying a new pair of pretty sandals?

They were there, waiting for a new owner and I couldn't resist :-). Nice heels for these black stones sandals by Anna Molinari, they have round toes , so they need a romantic outfit. I think I'll wear them with silk black shorts during these last nights of September! let me know what you think about :-)

Credo che li metterò con degli shorts di seta neri durante queste ultime sere di Settembre! Fatemi sapere cosa ne pensate :-)

Stunning fall\winter collection by Francesco Scognamiglio. I think he could be the new Valentino, together with Giambattista Valli, I do adore them! The collection is elegant, glamorous, classy. I love the little dresses, the short coats; the big belt, the collar, the bracelet are cult pieces! I'm meditating that I must have absolutely one of his pieces!

In my wish list of this fall/winter there is this pretty coat from Stella McCartney, very elegant, symbol of one of the trends of this season, the new minimalism.
